Won't take back defective shoes

I've gone back and forth with customer service over email and they refuse to take the shoes back. There is a piece inside the shoe that is stabbing the foot. They said since the shoes have been worn they aren't eligible for returns. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Set up to exploit an unsuspecting buyer

They purposefully ship their packages using a shipment program that does not allow the receiver to file a lost package claim, but does allow the sender to file a lost package claim. If the sender files a claim, FedEx is willing to discuss a refund. CCS lies to customers and tells them they are not able to file a claim with the chosen shipment program, but FedEx themselves said that was "bull$#*!."

Also, be warned, this company, despite advertising easy, free returns, doesn't give refunds under any circumstances, no matter who is at fault. They act like they are doing you a favor by giving you store credit, but have very little stock in each item, so make it impossible for you to repurchase the item you bought in the first place.

THIS IS 100% A SCAM

Spitfire Bighead Hoodie - Rainbow Overdye Wash/White

Ordered a $95 hoodie for a Christmas present. Came in late so I just wrapped it just in time for Christmas. After my Daughter opened it on Christmas Day, she noticed it had holes on the right sleeve. I just returned it. Can't get a hold of anyone via phone just email. I will update this post after I get a response from customer service. For now, I will give it a 1 star since they do not quality control check their product before shipping. If I get a Good Customer Service response,

UPDATE 1/5/2021 4:26 PM Just received an email from Customer Service that they gave me a Store Credit so I re-ordered the Product. Fast Customer Service within 1/2 an hour to fix my problems on-line. I am changing my rating based on Customer Service Response and help

Return policy sucks!

Return policy sucks!! They FLASH free shipping and returns. BEWARE...sale items CANNOT be returned. If they are, it's for store credit!! Way to work with your long time customers. Lost $165!!!!!!!!

Too expensive

With the U. S in a economic crisis, ccs has risen it's prices over $5 in the past 4 months. Rip off city! Stop ripping people off and go back to skating instead of money!

Very good

Made an awesome custom skateboard for me, shipping was a bit long but the product is great! Everything works well and is much better than walmart boards.

Horrible. Run away as fast as you can.

We ordered a complete skateboard and it came missing parts. They tried to tell us we ordered everything separate, but I had proof we did not. They said "oh, sorry for the confusion". They did nothing. I am disputing the charges on my credit card. THey SUCK! Don't buy from them!

Poor customers service

Purchased wheels and a tool for my nephews birthday. Realized I entered the wrong shipping address, Immediately after purchase I sent their customer service a message to change address. They got back to me after product arrive 5 days later with "sorry can't make changes after product leaves the west house. Would not recommend to anyone,

Wrong order. No reply

Sent them a message after they sent me wrong order and partial shipment and they never got back to me... support your local skate shop and avoid this site at all cost

Buyer beware!!!

I purchased a skateboard and helmet for my son. The helmet did not fit so I returned. Received notice that it was received, yet a month later I have not received my refund of $64.95 plus tax. I did some research and found that they (CCS) are notorious for this. Several reports were even left on the better Business Bureau website. This place is a SCAM!!! Buyer beware!!!

Legit company have been ordering for 19 years. Neve had problems with purchases. And have never had a problem returning anything.

CCS is a store run by unprofessional representatives. It's a waste of time and money. There are so many other stores to order from, don't go to them.
